After a detailed assessment of your personnel requirements we will give you our offer. After you accept our offer and sign the contract, we will find the most suitable candidate for you, publish job advertisements, pre-screen candidates based on the instructions, conduct the interviews and perform the necessary practical tests. At the end of the selection process, the most suitable candidates are presented in detail and we arrange the trip of the potential worker to the employer.
Our recruitment service is available for a success-based fee that is payable when the employer signs an employment contract with the applicant.
Our activities do not end with recruiting third country workers. It is important to us to help both the foreign employee and his employer with the integration and to relieve our customers of as many tasks as possible. As an additional service, we also take over the complete administration of documents that are necessary for the stay of employees from third countries (in Hungary: tax number and TAJ number, residence permit for the purpose of employment). If necessary, we also look for suitable accommodations.
We can also help you overcome language problems with the Russian and Ukrainian languages. Upon individual agreement, we undertake to provide translation assistance at your location during the training period and to translate the necessary documents, regulations and job descriptions.
If necessary, we take over the training organization for the foreign employees.
